Biomon privacy

Biomon stores the profile information, health records, documents, and measurements you choose to add to your account so you can organize and view your health history.

Documents and AI processing

When you choose document analysis, the document and its health information are sent to OpenAI to extract structured records. Biomon asks for your explicit permission before this processing. You can use manual entry without choosing AI analysis.

Apple Health

Connecting Apple Health is optional. You choose which categories Biomon can read and write. With your permission, selected measurements, steps, sleep, and workouts are synchronized to your Biomon account. Health imports are processed directly, without AI extraction. Only measurements you review and confirm as your own can be shared back to Apple Health.

You can disconnect synchronization in Biomon and manage Health permissions in Apple Health or iPhone Settings. Disconnecting does not automatically delete records you already synchronized.

Storage and service providers

Biomon uses Neon for its database and Vercel for hosting and private document storage. Account providers process sign-in information, and Apple or Stripe processes purchases made through that provider. Health information is not used for advertising or tracking. Native health caches are excluded from iCloud backup.

Account health records and uploaded documents remain available until you delete them or your account. Failed private-file cleanup is retried automatically. Processing providers apply their own retention policies; see OpenAI’s business data privacy information. Biomon retains a purchase ownership marker after account deletion to prevent a transaction from being reassigned.

Your controls

You can export your account records, delete documents, remove imported Health data, and initiate account deletion from the app. Deletion removes account health data and private documents; purchase providers may retain their own transaction records. Deleting Biomon does not cancel an Apple subscription or remove another app’s Apple Health records.
